First to explain the reason I wrote this article. I have been gambling on the net or at land-based betting houses for a great many years. I have learned, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are broke. Particularly if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through many thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go too far. It seems you’re just having fun until you decide to track your loss and the anguish settles in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can earn it back" repeatedly. It never works. Then you feel queasy in your belly and the harder you attempt the faster you are deprived.
When you see that you’re up, STAY on the UP! When you begin to lose, don’t say to yourself, "well perhaps one more" and again and again, believe me, this plan hardly ever operates. Say you’re playing on slots, have a bankroll set to the side prior to starting your play. Don’t exceed that limit, no matter how captivating. If you actually succeed, put that in a separate cup. Do not risk your winnings no matter what. As soon as you have gone through your primary set limit, stop. Head out, regardless if it is on the web or at a physical casino, don’t stick around. Always remember, there is going to be a different day, another time.
Keep in mind, gambling should be FUN not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t manage the loss, don’t even start.
