If you like to have a drink from time to time, keep your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Only take only the money you expect to use on beverages, tipping and few dollars you expect to squander and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You might have a win after a boozy night out with your compatriots and be lucky enough to hit a marathon toss at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that story seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently consume alcohol and bet. The two just do not mix.

Keeping your moolah back at the hotel is a little dramatic, but preventative actions for drastic behavior is necessary. If you bet to win, then do not drink and play. If you like to be wasteful with your cash without a concern, then drink all the gratuitous beer your stomach can handle, but don’t take credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of going after losses after your inebriated self loses all the cash!

Permit me to take this 1 step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the net to play in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my domicile, but since I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.

How come? Despite the fact that I do not drink to excess, once I drink, it is clearly adequate to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, do not wager when you do. Both create an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
